The Institute of Healing Arts and Films was created as a non-profit organization by Jeri DeVale,PhD in 2011. it is established as a 501-3c for charitable, scientific, mental health,  healing creative arts, and healing films. It is a community organization which serves all of the communities in Pinellas county, florida in person, and all of the communities in the state of florida by telehealth video chats.
